Upstate Design & Vintage Studio presents these handcrafted unique coat racks from nature.

This one is named “ASHLEY HILL”

Harvesting materials from natural surroundings reveals a wealth of amazing shapes, textures and colors all taken from nature’s architecture.
 
Each design is defined and revealed by the materials: giving each coat rack it’s own unique shape.

Designing with these materials creates unique artful functional design with vines, lichen, moss and branches that look at home in rustic as well as modern homes.

They are handcrafted using vines growing in upstate New York.

Each coat rack is built for use and can easily hang anything from winter coats to scarves to summer hats.

Each is finished with several applications of Tung Oil handcrafted in New England and a rich Cherry stain as a backdrop for the pale greens of lichen.
